AM: Hurray! I am half way there! I am surprised it has gone pretty quickly. I didn't think I would make it on day 2. I have decided that I am going to go until June 1st or until my tongue goes clear and pink. They say that you know you are done when your tongue goes clear and pink. Since starting the cleanse I have had a white pasty tongue. It is quite gross! I have lost 5 lbs so far. So I am excited about that. I had my salt wash this am and I am about to go make up my first lemonade mix. There most won't likely be a noon update since we are having to go over to my parents. They had a horse die this morning and are needing my hubby to go take care of it.
PM: Whew! What a day...I wish someone could take my shower for me and put me in bed because I am way too tired to move! In the midst of all the chaos (While we were taking care of the horse problem, my dog that has been living at my parents was shot. I rushed her to the vet and she is loaded with buckshot but it all seems to have missed her organs. So they refused to put her to sleep. None the less she is back home and resting.) As I was saying in the midst of all the chaos I still managed to get in 6 lemonades. Not bad if you ask me! However tonight I must say I AM EXHAUSTED! Also my teeth feel nasty! I am sure it is just stuff coming out. The best bonus of the day is that I was able to comfortably wear a pair of jeans all day. Even this late into the night the waist band still isn't cutting into my stomach. So while I may have only lost 5 lbs my clothes are fitting much better already. Also We (hubby, kids, & I) all took a 3 mile walk this evening. Well I guess the kids did ride in the stroller...but I walked! Well, I think I am done for the night. The laxative tea is down the hatch and I am going to bed!
