Yippie!!!! I start Day 2 off one pound lighter. That makes me weigh 219. At first I was bummed that it was only one pound....but then I decided to take a look at one pound of hamburger.....hmmm I think I am quite pleased with one pound!!!! However I did wake up this morning with a very sore throat and that white tongue again! I did only 2/3 of my salt wash. I couldn't get it swallowed this morning for some reason. I have moved onto my lemonade and am work towards at least 9 drinks. I set the bar yesterday and now I must follow it. I will update this evening.
I had a great day with lots of energy. Tongue is very white and nasty. I did have the sore throat all day, but it's no great big deal. I went to a Young Living meeting this evening and that was fantastic! I managed to get in all 9 drinks and I am drinking my tea as I end this post.
