Cleanse Day 12...

Amazing.... I made it to day 12...that was actually on 5/24/08 which was Saturday. I haven't been able to get to the computer to make any updates. I am very pleased with how the cleanse went. I have lost a total of 10 lbs. I think it was worth it. I decided to make day 12 my last for 2 reasons. 1. I ran out of Lemons and didn't want to have to go get more. 2. My tongue was mostly cleared up, there was only a little spot in the back that was still coated. I am planning to do another cleanse next month....so look for more updates then! When I got on the scale this morning (Monday) I weighed 219lbs. I would call that a success!
